Cannot move/resize visuals

Hi there. Hope you can help me. I have noticed that if I import an excel file (with a powerpivot model behind with tables, relationships and measures) from PowerBI desktop and start creating visuals, I cannot move or resize them. I think this has to do with recent updates. Anyone else experiencing something similar? Is there an ease fix to this?

I can repro the same issue as you. I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 33923598
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.

You can save the PBIX file and reopen it to workaround this issue.
