Installed gateway today and running on 60 days trial.

When I run refresh now i get below....Trying update datasoruce AWS MySQL Server

Hi @extjac,

 

Are you able to refresh the same report in Power BI desktop successfully? Does the issue occurs when you manually refresh or schedule refresh the dataset?

I am able to refresh in PBI Desktop but it will not work on the gateway.

I reduce the number of records and it did work on the gateway too. But the funny thing is that the # of records is less than 50k. So I had to cut it to 1/2 and it worked. The number of columns is less than 20.
