Can´t login to PowerBI Mobile on Android

Yesterday I uploaded a new report to my PowerBI Dashboard on the Cloud from PowerBI Desktop. Today I couldn´t login on PowerBI Mobile (Android) because this message: "We can´t continue to your login session". We can´t authenticate, because it was not possible to access the keys store on this device. Try to install again this app. If the problem continues, contact TI team or technical support. I did install again the app without any sucess. Any help would be much appreciated!! All my stuff is practically on the cloud.

Are you signing using Arabic locale? If yes, please try to perform following steps:

 

  1. Change his device local to English
  2. Sign in to power bi
  3. Change his device local back to Arabic

Not at all. My device local has been Spanish. I keep receiving this message and can´t access my stuff on mobile. Any help please!!!

I can sign in successfully with Power BI version 111380 on Android 7.1.1. Are you using the latest Power BI App version?
