Can't connect to analysis.windows.net when 'Analyzing in Excel'

When we choose for 'Analyze in Excel' our users sometimes get these message. After a few retries it works most of the times, but it's not nice.

 

Do we do something strange or is this a bug? Maybe a time-out problem?

I cannot repro the same issue on my side. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.
