[Bug] Subscribe E-mails Not Rendering

I have a dashboard report set up as a subscription to e-mail every week after the underlying data is refreshed. Some of those subscribed to the dashboard receive the e-mail as expected while others only receive a blank dashboard image. We have found that the e-mails are sent prior to the dashboard finishing rendering so that those sent after a given time get the rendered dashboard while those before do not (this is over ~4 seconds).

If we cannot schedule a delay in the e-mails or ensure they are rendered before being sent we won't be able to use the Subscription e-mail feature for creating weekly reports.

Hi @mihut,

>>Some of those subscribed to the dashboard receive the e-mail as expected while others only receive a blank dashboard image.

Were those emails generated from the same subscribe for the same report page? Which data source did the report connect to? Please share detail information for us to reproduce the issue.

By the way, please make sure the report doesn't hit the limitations.

Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yu

Both people were susbcribed to the same report page.  The page is pulling from an Azure SQL Server instance on a weekly basis with the e-mails presumably being sent when the underlying SQL tables are updates (which occurs once a week).

The report currently pulls formatted strings from a SQL view and displays those strings in text boxes -- there are no charts or graphs in the report nor any slicers.
