Blank popup appears when cancelling access to Web URL

I am using Microsoft Power BI Desktop Version: 2.51.4885.701 64-bit (October 2017).

 

I have a table with a column of text. It is formatted with the data category "Web URL".

When I click on a URL, I am given the option to follow the link.

If I click the "Cancel" option, a blank popup window appears in fullscreen. It has not done anything for 3 minutes. If I close it, nothing happens.

In the screenshot below I resized the blank window.

I can repro the same issue as you. I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 52268309
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.
