BUG: Dashboard Tile of Streaming datasets Time window to display" in Japanese

I report a bug of the Dashboard Title of Streaming datasets "Time Windows to display" in Japanese language mode.
 
Repro step:
1. Change "Settings" - "Language" to "English".
2. Add a Streaming datasets to Power BI Service.
3. Add a Tile from the Streaming datasets.
4. Open the Tile detail.
5. Change "Time window to display" to 5 minutes.
6. Work well.
7. Change "Settings" - "Language" to "日本語"
8. Open the Tile "タイルの詳細".
9. Change "表示する時間" to 5 "分".
10. Don't work.
 
Detail:
Some times, empty is time units.
and the Tile does not work.
