Alteryx Publish to Power BI error

Our organization has been using Alteryx connector tool "Publish to Power BI" macro for almost a year without issue.  Today all of our dashboards that source data from our Alteryx server using the Publish to Power BI have failed.  I'm not able to find any online blogs or articles for the specific error message.

Error: Publish To Power BI (26): Tool #106: Power BI API error... HTTP/1.1 500 {"error":{"code":"GeneralException","message":"Failed to process dataset DeleteRows","target":"DeleteRows","details":[{"message":"Delete rows SQL operation failed: Database unreadable Server: tcp:tj4trsn2rt.database.windows.net, Database: WABI-WEST-US-RestaUserDataStore-1, Command: [Modifiers].[PR_DeleteRows]"}]}}

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you modify the dataset before? Did the account have permission to do delete rows operation? Please check this: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt238041.aspx
