Already a paying member, stuck in Trial Expired Hell

Somehow the trial was still running though I've already upgraded. The trial behind the scenes must of expired, now I am stuck in trial/puchase purgatory. 

 

Here's what I am seeing

When I attempt to access my data I get

Round and round I go. What do to do next?

If you have already paid to be a pro user. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).

I have paid for pro account, it won't let me upgrade that's the issue.

 

I tried what you've suggested and here's what I am getting

Attempt to purchase leads me no where, saying I already have Power BI Pro subscription.

Trying to contact support from Office 365 where I also have a subscription leads me to dead end

Everywhere I look is a dead end and support is totally shielded from getting my request for help. 

On the Power BI > Products > Pricing site, they removed the option to "Purchase" and left "Try it for Free" and that also goes no where saying I already have a subscription.
