Problems on linking Power Bi and a Web database (point of sales software)

Hi,

I'm trying to load Power BI directly from the software (named Degust) but with no success ...

Degust is a product from Linx (brazilian IT company) ... Degust is accessed with a user / password and when logged, I can export serveral reports ... 

When i'm on Power Bi and select "web" at database origins, the paste Degust web adress, the information i get is that the data is "null" ...

Can anyone please help me?

As you want to use Web entry in Power BI Desktop to get data from Degust, please firstly contact Linx Support to check how to extract data via the Degust web API and what data format the Degust web API returns,  then connect to the data source in Power BI.
