On-premise gateway start/install error

We installed the enterprise gateway and it seemed to work ok initially. Now it would not start. Reinstall fails as well, uninstall and reinstall did not help. Here is the install log:

Hi Sanimesa,

 

I am also facing the same issue. Did you find the solution? Please share your experience.

@sanimesa ,

There are some proposals for you troubleshooting this issue.

1. Reboot your machine.
2. Download the latest version of on-premises gateway, right-click the setup.exe and choose “Run as administrator” to start the installation.
3. Add relevant ports to firewall if your firewall is on.
4. Make sure that your account has permission on the C:\users folder as described in this similar thread.
