Bom dia Pessoal.

Não consigo visualizar o meu disco usando um banco de dados ORACLE. No Desktop funciona normalmente, mas depois que eu publico mostra a seguinte mensagem:

 Não foi possível carregar os dados para este visual

 Atingimos o gateway de dados, mas o gateway não pode acessar uma fonte de dados local.
Tente novamente mais tarde ou entre em contato com o suporte. Se você entrar em contato com o suporte, contacte-nos.

OBS: Outros ficheiros que não utilizam nenhum portal com uma associação com banco de dados oracle, mas com uma referência de importação e não DIRECTQUERY e desta forma funciona perfeitamente.

If Bing Translator works, the issue should be the report which get data from the ORACLE after be published to service, below error throws out:

Unable to load the data for this visual
We have reached the gateway to data, but the gateway cannot access a local data source.

Try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please contact us.
Error code DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_DataSourceAccessError

Regarding this issue, please check below points:

1. If report only contains ORACLE data source. If has other on-premise data source, please add those data sources under data gateway as well.

2. If the machine has data gateway installed can access data source used in this report.

3. Make sure credential used in data source under Manage Gateways is the same as in desktop.

4. Please run the data gateway in the most update version.

5. Generally this error "We reached the data gateway, but the gateway can't access the on-premises data source" means that the account you are using for the data source is not a server admin for that Analysis Services instance. See: Troubleshooting the On-Premises Data Gateway.
