I am currently doing both data modeling and reporting in Power BI, which is pointed to 3 data sources: Cosmo DB, Azure Blob and Azure Table.
I would like to assign data modeling duty to Azure Analysis Services and use Power BI merely for reporting. What is the best way to achieve this without rebuilidng my Power BI report? If I upload the Power BI file to Azure Analysis Services, would that instantly make it work, meaning that: all the measures, aggreations, and other modeling is transfered to Azure Analysis Services and the metrics is up for grabs through Power BI. I know that sounds pretty magic, so if it is not achievable, what would be the best approach to get this done?
Thanks!

Yes, that magic is that basic idea behind it 🙂
I've described how it works here: http://www.thebiccountant.com/2018/04/07/migrate-a-power-query-or-power-bi-file-to-a-local-ssas-inst...
But not all datasources are supported there yet unfortuately.
