@etiennev,
Do you connect to on-premises JIRA or cloud version of JIRA? The JIRA content pack only works with the cloud version of JIRA. If you connect to cloud version of JIRA, how about you use Basic authentication?
However, if you want to connect to on-premises JIRA, please use the Power BI Desktop Template. Make sure your JIRA server supports Basic Authentication.
Regards,
Lydia
Hi,
We use a cloud version of Jira. I tried the basic authentication too, but no combination of my username and password worked. Anonymous works, but I only get a small subset of the tickets pulled into PowerBI.
Kind Regards,
Etienne
@etiennev,
How about you connect to Power BI Desktop Template?
Regards,
Lydia
