Hurricane Data

Had a thought to do a hurricane data story. Can anyone assist in the M code to read a file like this:

http://weather.unisys.com/hurricane/atlantic/tracks.atl

This has the information for how to read the file:

http://weather.unisys.com/hurricane/atlantic/tracks_atl_readme.txt

Alternatively, does anyone know of any good quality hurricane data out there that is not a an utterly jacked-up format? I mean, seriously, who in the world creates a data format like that?

@ me in replies or I'll lose your thread!!!

@Greg_Deckler,

It is not an easy task to split data in the above file using M code as several rows contain completely different data category, I haven't figured out any effective methods. Do you make any progress on the project?
