I am working on a dashboard with information from a SQL Server database that is updated by the On Premisses Gateway perfectly.
But when I modify the PBIX to add a new get the data of worksheets that are in the Sharepoint (Office 365 - Direct Connect) and make a new publication the configurations of On Premisses Gateway are deactivated (lost). The Power BI Service does not recognize the existence of the On Premisses Gateway and only the option to use the Personal Gateway is enabled.
I appreciate any information on the subject.
Thank you.

@AntonioPalomas,
When combining on-premises SQL Server data source and SharePoint online data source in a single dataset, we need to add all the data sources within on-premises gateway in order to refresh the dataset. But it doesn't support OAuth type in on-premises gateway and we use OAuth type authentication to connect to SharePoint Online, it is impossible to add the SharePoint Online data source within on-premises gateway currently.
To work around this issue, please use personal gateway to refresh the dataset.
There is an idea for your reference.
