I linked "Power Bi" to "mysql DB" and the "mysql DB" is linked to our comapny management system, and so I don't know when tables are updated.
I did a report for my boss and I published it. Now, the "mysql DB" used to create the report is changed but my boss see always the old data.
The question is: Is it possible to updated automatically the report? Otherwise is it a problem, but I say this in general. I cannot know always when my "DB" change and my boss cannot see old data.
If is impossible to have an automatic update, Is there other possibility to give to my boss a tool easy to use (like the "published report")?
thank you
Carlo

Hi @catswalk,
How do you share the report to your boss? In your scenario, you can install Power BI gateway, then use gateway to set schedule refresh your dataset. This way, once there are changes occurring in your MySQL database, reports will get updated based on refresh schedule.
