Lab 2 Exercsise 4

Hey guys,

here's my syntax and the error I get for the second part of Exercise 4:

% Units Market Share VanArsdel = IF([Total VanArsdel Sales]=0,0;DIVIDE([Total VanArsdel Sales];[Total Revenue],0))

Error Message:

The syntax for '.0' is incorrect. (DAX(IF([Total VanArsdel Sales]=0.0,DIVIDE([Total VanArsdel Sales],[Total Revenue].0))))).

Hope you guys can help out as I don't really get where my formula is stuck.

Re: Lab 2 Exercsise 4

Ok, I know now that it was the comma at the end which has to be replaced by a semicolon. But when I drag that measure into the report filter and express it as a percentage, I don't get any number. Can anyone help?

I also use the hint formual "% Units Market Share = IF([Total VanArsdel Units]=0,0,DIVIDE([Total VanArsdel Units],[Total Units],0))", I just change variable name according my previous exercise. I get correct result. But I don't provide the screenshot as expected result to show you. if you follow the step, you should get same result with me.
