Power BI Embedded in China

Hi,

Is Power BI Embedded or Power BI Premium available inside China?

By this I mean in a form where the data stays inside China.

I understand that Power BI Professional is available in China through 21Vianet Blue Cloud:

The only thing that I can find about Power BI Embedded in China is:

However, this is just Power BI workspace collection which is on its way out. Will it be replaced with Power BI Embedded and if so, when?

I don't find any helpful information regarding "Power BI Embedded or Power BI Premium available inside China".

Currently Only Power BI Pro is available through 21Vianet Blue Cloud.

Maybe staff @haydnr could share more information on that part.
