Custom Visuals control of Dashboard Tiles

If I create a custom visual, is there granular control over how the Dashboard tiles will render on a dashboard when it is resized?  Or is this out of the control of the custom visual?

@MattAllington,

Based on my experience, the answer is no. Each custom visual is hosted in a dedicated iFrame.

@MattAllington,

As far as I know, custom visuals behave just like the native visualizations included with Power BI. They can be filtered, highlighted, edited, shared, etc.

Thanks Sam.  What I'm trying to understand is whether the developer has any control over the way the tile renders on the dashboard.  For example how many lines are visible, font size etc.  I can see that when you pin a tile from a standard report that all of these things happen automatically, it is just not clear whether the developer has any control
