Cortana and Power bi QNA Integration not working

Hi Team,

We are trying to integrate power bi QNA datasets with Cortana. 

Followed all listed steps on Microsoft documentation and got Cortana cards to show up in Cortana search but unable to get any QNA like responses back. Any suggestion on this. 

Somewhere I read that Microsoft has pulled down this feature is it true?

Have you following below links and confirm you have turned on all related options and add works account(power bi service account) to your device?

In addition, have you test on cortana test link to confirm your configure succeeded?

If your speaking not trigger cortana page, you can try to manually input Q&A string to confirm if it works.

BTW, you can also submit a support ticket for this scenario to get further support.

Hi, 

I have followed all these steps and able to get Cortana to respond with cortana tile back from the report. But  unable to get any qna answer in return while writing any question in cortana. I have tried writing text in cortana as well.

If both cortana and manually input not works for cortana test page, it mean there are something wrong with your configure so request can't access to your datasheet.

Is there any specific block rules apply on your device? You can check below ip range which power bi used.

on Cortana test page I can get my Cortana tiles as answers so the connection is working fine. But unable to get any query answered in natural language.
