403 Forbidden error during Power BI dashboard Integration

I tried adding the permissions and pretty much everything described on the "How To" tutorial, however still am not able to get beyond the 403 error. The code works fine in http://docs.powerbi.apiary.io but I am unable to make it work through code.

 

I also tried to implement "https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-developer-embed-sample-app-owns-data/" but got smae error.

 

Please help how to resolve this.

I see in the apiary console,  the registered app has all permissions. Does the registered app in your code have sufficient permissions? See Using the Azure AD Portal part in this link.
