why the latest version top N filter is lost

I just download new version Power BI Desktop, but cannot find the top N filter when I want to show my report just top 10.

who can help me to know where can set this filter, thank you

my new measure cannot show top N filter, the other column can show top N, How can filter my measure, they are decimal type data.
