I don’t see any useful error messages from your post, could you please post a screenshot of your scenario?

Also what is the data source of your dashboard?

Hi, @v-yuezhe-msft  I can't provide the screenshot as at that time I have not taken any screenshot but the error message I got from the online powerbi I copied. but now the error is not there so I can't do anything and in future, if I get the same error I will take the screenshot.
