matrix visualisation triplicating results

This problem is very simple but I just can't figure it out so hoping you all can help!

I have a matrix but it's triplicating my values - how do I stop it from doing this?

Here's an example  - apologies but I've had to cross out column heading/names as of sensitive nature

I need the values in the 3 far right columns to only display once and not in triplicate.

With only one screenshot, it is hard for us to say where the issue is.

How do you define the matrix? Does there exist any measures? What's the relationship between the last 3 columns and the front 3 columns?

If it is possible, please share us a sample pbix file which can repro your issue. So that we can dig deeper and provide some proper suggestion.
