What changes have you done in Power Query?
Do you use multiple references in Power Query, such as Query4 reference to Query 2and Query 3, and Query 2 reference to Query 1?
If you use the multiple references which may caused the slow loading, you could use Table.Buffer to help you.

I have solved the problem by disabling the below properties. it will increase the performance of edit query.
