Our company uses a Shared Network Drive to store our Power BI files. But, we don't want anyone and everyone to have the ability to delete or modify them, so we attempted to put proper permissions on the Shared Drive. Aside from the few Admins, we set all typical Users to Allow "Read & execute" and "Read":
But, when one of those typical Users tries to open a Power BI file, they get this error:
However, that User can open a text file in that folder with no issue (but cannot save, as expected).
Any idea what the problem is with our current configuration?
