I would like to do a calucation that divides the first column by the previous second column value. How would I do this?
For example for 201805 the calculation would be 2337/247945 and for 201804 it would be 2228/240730....etc.

Assuming first column in the Matrix is named "MonthYear"...try this MEASURE
Measure = DIVIDE ( SUM ( Table1[Col1] ), CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table1[Col2] ), FILTER ( ALL ( Table1[MonthYear] ), Table1[MonthYear] = MAX ( Table1[MonthYear] ) - 1 ) ) )
