Hi Team,

I have a transaction data with list of staff listed per transaction. I would like to be able to show list of all transactions per staff when they login and not all of the transactions.

I have followed the article published and have applied the steps mentioned to get the desired outcome. Having said this, I found out that I will have to enter all the staff i.e., 500+ names to ensure I get the desired outcome. Am drafting this message seeking an easier/alternate solution to do the same instead of entering all staff and is also difficult to maintain with resources increasing over a period of time.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

A!

Hi @Anonymous

Can you please mock up a sample of what your ideal result would be for the sample dataset you provided 🙂

Hi Phil,

Attached is the sample file for your reference. I have included a sample row level security for a resource. However, if I would have to manage for all the resources it would be unmanageable if the list keeps adding up. I'm sure there is a smarter way to manage this overall.

thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

A!
