Unable to open created .pbix report with .csv datasource in other computer

Dear Microsoft Representative and fellow Power BI users,

 

I created a report for my user using a single offline .csv as datasource and sent it to a user (together with the .csv file). When my user opened it, all the visualizations and tables are not diplayed with error notification shown. We have tried to change the datasource in Data Source Settings to the sent .csv and the data has been successfully diplayed in Edit Queries window but still having same issues at the front window.

 

Have anyone faced same issue? Anyone has solution for me?

 

I have also checked the permission setting and found no permission has been set.
