Table Column header remove duplicate word

Hello ,
Have table like below instate of duplicate word as follow Account,Calls,events.

can I shows as ones like if account only ones for below 3 columns like wise for calls and events ?

This is becouse I was merge table ,I cant Unpivot becouse want below table formate only.

Hi @Anonymous,

Power Bi doesn't support to group column headers. The only workaround I could think about is adding multiple fields into column section of a Matrix. But, this way needs to unpivot table and add custom column as a group.

I'm afraid above requirement might not be achievable.
