I have problem with power BI.I have 3 regions with different states .I created a report according their populations.
In axis I take regions ,in legends I put their states.Can we sort based on states with in regions?

You can go through the URL I provided in my previous post. From v-haibl-msft's post, you can see we can create a custom table to sort country based on desired order, then in fact table, we can set state sort by this custom order.
By the way, though the pbix file created in the latest desktop version and prompt message pops out to suggest update desktop version, you should be able to open the report finally.

It's able to it, you can use the Sort By Column feature for States group. See attached pbix file.
