Slicer showing Blank as a value when data does not have any blank values

Hi ,

I notice Blank as an option in the Slicer Values list or dropdown when actually the data does not have a blank value.

I noticed this in the october and also in Novemebr 2017 release.

The left is a slicer and the right is table visual.

Can somebody share how to get rid of the Blank appearing, as slicers do not have visual filtering option.

if it is a bug then Power bi team should act on it fast.

Hi @CheenuSing,

if your relationship tables contains records who can't correct mapping to related table, it will shows value as 'blank' option in slicer.(blank option means the missing records)

Thanks for the note.

Just wanted to know how come a date table which is created based on the fact table min and max date, when put on a slicer can have blank as an option.  It is understandable that some dates in the date table may not have values in the fact table.
