Sept Update released and Power BI blog comments temporarily disabled

In case you missed it the Sept Update has been released!

Unfortunately due to some issues with the social addins we are having a technical issue with comments on the Power BI blog and we are working on addressing it.

...Rest assured they will be reenabled ASAP!!!

Dito on the question as to how do I enable the "explain increase/decrease feature"? 

Went to the preview features under options and settings but it was not there. Have tried fresh pbix files and tried restarting.

I was hoping that the bookmark feature would also be released 😞

But great job for the new  updates. I appreciate the effort.
