I have a filter set at the Report level for a report. It works for myself and several other uses, except for one. For this one user, the report doesn't "obey" the filter and shows the incorrect data. If the user refreshes the browser, the filter works and all is fine. What is odd is that when the user goes to other reports in the workspace and goes to this report, the filter will no longer be set and the wrong data will be shown.
I don't think it's a browser cache issue, because this particular user has seen the issue when using other machines and on the iPad app. Though the challenge is that no one else has been able to duplicate this issue, but there's no special permissions for this user on this particular report.
Has anyone else encountered a filter not working correctly unless the browser has been refreshed?
Hi @Anonymous,
Is there any specific in his account settings? I also not ensure why this issue occurred on specific users.(normally on specific device)
In addition, if other users test with his account, can you repro this issue?

Xiaoxin Sheng
Hi @v-shex-msft,
No, nothing specific to his account nor are there any Row Level Security settings created in this particular report to mess with, change access. I haven't had other users test with his account, but he's logged into the report from different computer and different browsers and has re-created the issue.

HI @Anonymous,
Hmm, I think this issue may related to specific account, but I have not idea how to deal and repro his scenario.
Maybe you can ask you admit to open a support ticket for this issue.
