Hello everybody and thanks for helping
Im trying to do a sales YTS table to compare year over year and also display the family of the product, cases, amounts, etc.
the amounts and cases are ok as they are link together by the date and customer ID, my issue is when Im trying to bring the brand from the material table this is where the things are getting bad as theres no relation between them as the system is displaying, but they are link between one table, I need to be able to make this report and also bring the family brand of the prodcut
see pictures
thanks
Hi @edavila,
Have your resolved your issue? According to the relationship between tables, you can load the Brand in 'SalesYTD' table using RELATED(Material[Brand]). If you want to drag the brand form 'SalesYTD' table, you need to calcute it using aggregated function becuase the many to one(other tables) in your resource table.
In addition, would you mind post your .pbix file forther analysis?
Best Regards,
Angelia
In your visual (Table or Matrix) - drag in the Date field, the sales amount field (not sure the exact field name) from the Sales YTD table and then add the Brand field from the 2_Material Master table - all into their appropriate data wells in the visuals pane
what happens when you try this?
