Hi all,
I'm trying to publish my first report from Desktop to app.powerbi.com. I go through the publish process, choose a destination and everything seems to go through smoothly with the upload. However, when I go to the online version nothing is there - I've tried refreshing the browser, etc but to no avail.
When I load directly into the online version with the . pbix file everything appears as it should but thereafter if I try to publish an update from Desktop I get the same as before - nothing.
Can anyone suggest what might be going on here?

After you click publish button, did you see the message prompt? If yes, directly click the link "Open 'xxxx.pbix' in Power BI", can you view corresponding report on service?
Besides, please check whether the account logged in desktop is the same one you used to log on service.

Thanks for the reply. I've checked all of your suggestions and have logged out and back in again on both Desktop and the online app and am still getting the same problem. When I click on the 'Open xxxx.pbix' link after the upload I get a message saying 'Sorry, we couldn't find that report. It may have been deleted or you may not have access to view it'.

Can you uninstall the current Power BI desktop and re-install it for a test? If it is not the latest update, please download the latest version.
