Power BI services JIRA credentials issue

Hi, I am having issues trying to connect to JIRA in Power BI services. I am using Basic method and providing my user name and password. Am i missing something?

Hi @F75,

 

From the error message, the provided credential is not valid. You can type the URL https://<site name>.atlassian.net in browser and sign in with your credential to check if you can sign in successfully. Then try the JIRA content pack again with the same credential.

 

If the credential is valid while it's failed in JIRA content pack, please use Fiddler with Decrypt HTTPS traffic enabled to capture sessions, ad share .saz file with us.
