Parameters from power BI desktop to services.

I created the parameter in power bi desktop when I edit that in power bi desktop its working fine but when I publish the same on power bi services I am not able to see the parameter , is any setting that I am missing or Power bi service does not have support for this? Thanks

It should be visible in the settings of the dataset.

Make sure that the type of the parameter is not "Any".

Thanks @Michal_cwiok , But i am not able to edit the parameter in BI serverices, Please find screenshot.Param Edit.JPG

After changing data type as text, I am able to edit the same, but its not filtering according to Parameter.

 

I think we can not apply parameters in BI service

@zlokeshI am positive, that parameters work in Power BI service. The thread you posted is one year old and this feature is very recent.

 

Would it be possible, if you posted Power Query code? We could inspect the parameter and see where the problem is.
