Negative + Positive ranking

Hi,

I want to rank items based on the lowest value so

Fot worst sales i want it to say  worst 20 sales

Company name Rank Variance

Company name 1 -8000

Then for top

Company name Rank Variance

Company name 1 9000

What would be the best way to go about this?

Thanks

C
