Missing bar in bar chart

Hi all, 

As I was building a bar chart, I realised one of variables of y-axis is not showing up as it doesn't have any value in it. However in my other bar charts, it appeared and showed 0.0%

You may refer to the picture below:

Left: only showing "York Hill" data

Right: both showing even though "Serangoon" is 0.0%

May I know why is this occuring? How should I make sure the zero value to appear on my chart?

i guess you just have to check the option "Show items with no data" like so
