I have a line chart with a working X-Axis (date), Y-Axis (£), and value (cost in £).
This line chart sits on a dashboard with three slicers:
I want to create a measure to sit as a value inside this line chart (average cost of property in £), which is only affected by the 'Country' slicer when selected, and not by the 'City' or 'Property' slicer. Is this possible?
I can upload my Power BI file if required. Thanks!

Hi @shaunguyver,
You can create a measure similar to:
Measure = CALCULATE ( AVERAGE ( Table[value] ), ALL ( Table[Country] ), ALL ( Table[City] ) )
