You could always find the lastest release on this official site.

What I do is I always look at the Power BI Blog: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/

I also follow Power BI on Twitter @mspowerbi 

And then I also have them in Feedly (RSS Reader) so that I know when the above blog has been released.

Most of the time I do find it by going onto Twitter and the people that I follow.
