How to have a backup administrator

Hi,

We have 1 administrator who runs our Power BI reporting (they have a Power BI file on their laptop, hit refresh to update data, and uploads to the Power BI cloud). Please can you tell me how to arrange for a second person to be able to able to refresh the data sources and upload to the Power BI cloud? (we don't need them to be able to design reports - we just need holiday cover for refreshing the reports with the latest data)
