How to download custom visuals without work or school account?

Hello there.

 

Looks like there is no way to download custom visuals without work or school account anymore?

Cause I receive next message:

Sign in to Microsoft AppSource

The app you have selected (Route map) requires a work or school account to continue. Microsoft accounts are not supported for this app.
