How can I compare rows and get all the items with the same value from one or more columns

Hi,

I am new to learning DAX for Excel 2010. I need help on my sample data of books and its information that counts orders per year.

I wanted to make a column that will filter books and count orders:

1. From a school (Cus_No)
2. With same category (Item_No_Category)
3. The same grade level (Grade_lvl)
4. And has an Order from the same year (Like the items highlighted)

Please consider that this data is larger and has a different book categories (Item_No_Category) with different grades/levels (Grade_lvl) of books. The reason for this case is that a school should only be given 1 kind of book per year. The highlighted items is an example that did not follow that case and should be counted in total for reports.

I hope my problem is clear.
