I was asked to put together a visual/report that notes what Job Plans (Work Ref. No) have not been used in the last three years.
I have two tables that I think can assist me in this; one table notes the work completed:
Ref. No. | Work Ref. No. | Completed Date | Misc. Info. | Misc. Info 2 | Etc. |
XZ125 | 1120 | 5/1/2017 | KJ;LK | PERSON A | 56456456 |
XZ562 | 1120 | 5/1/2017 | LKJ;LKJ | PERSON A | 54645645 |
XZ345 | 0016 | 4/30/2017 | ;LKJ;LK | PERSON B | 45645211 |
The other table is a list that has all Job Plans (Work Ref. No.).
Work Ref. No. | Status | Attribute | Attribute 2 |
1120 | ACTIVE | J;LKJ; | SFGDSF |
0016 | ACTIVE | HSDFGS | DFGS |
1225 | INACTIVE | ERTD | FSDFG |
1556 | ACTIVE | DFGSH | FSFGG |
How do I run through the first table and have it tell me what Job Plans, from second table, haven't been used (completed) in the last 3 years?
All ideas appreciated! 🙂
