The percentage on my guages arn't showing correctly. they've been setup to count all 'good' and 'excellent' responses as positive but as you can see from the images below this gauge is showing a 93.33% when it should be 100%
Overall Satisfaction Score = SUM('CSAT Survey Data 2017'[Satisfaction Score])/(COUNT('CSAT Survey Data 2017'[Ticket Reference])*5)
Hi @johnbradbury,
Please try to modify the measure to below:
Overall Satisfaction Score = SUM('CSAT Survey Data 2017'[Satisfaction Score])/calculate(Count('CSAT Survey Data 2017'[Ticket Reference])*5,Filter(allselected('CSAT Survey Data 2017'), [Satisfaction Level]= "Excellent" || [Satisfaction Level]= "Good"))
If it doesn't work, please share some sample data and expected results with us.
Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yyu
Don't know about your data set formatting, but try to use Divide Function instead of SUM.
I assume I'm doing something wrong?
Remove "/" in between divide function and insert ",". and put your multiplication after phantasies
Just like below,
Divide(xxxx,xxxx)*5
