Group filtering between decimal number and Percentage number

HI Team , 

i used different calculation between decimal number and Percentage number as format. My purpose is to create another calculation which combine " Total Value of Decimal Number with Percentage Number as Filering" Once i had created it , it works well , but my Percentage number turn to Decimal Number which i don't like. 

and above is the Group measure that i will use for these calculation , ( Just for example only ) 

Any  Mesure how to fix such things ?
