this feature doesnt seem to work, when i am trying to use it in the data model window, it doesnt give the desired result.
For example, (I use the AdventureWorks example databese) and in the products table (sheet) when i am trying to find to category "Bikes" it says that thers is no match.
Thanks in advance!

I don't think that Excel functionality like that will work in Power Pivot. I think what is going on is that you are pulling up Excel functionality through a hot key but it is functionality that is not going to work and is not designed to work with Power BI/Power Pivot.
Are you talking about when you are in the Query Editor?
no, when I'm in the data model window. Where each table in the model has a sheet of its own.
OK, so where are you finding a Find and Replace option?
ctrl+f shortcut
What program are you in? I do not believe that Ctrl-f works in Power BI Desktop.
power pivot
